All cakes are made within a kitchen that handles all allergens - I therefore cannot guarantee that bakes are free from ingredients that may affect those with food allergies. It is up to your discretion wether this is suitable for your order or not.

Always hold cake boxes from the bottom of the box and not the sides. Do not place the cake on the seat of the car. The cake should be transported in the footwell or boot of the car on a non-slip mat. Extra care should always be taken when driving and the air-con should be set to cold before you collect the cake and until the cake is removed from the car.

Cakes must be stored in the refrigerator until they are consumed so please make sure you have plenty of space before collection.

I cannot take any responsibility for any damage caused to cakes once they have been collected.

All deposits are due once you have confirmed the details of your order. All cake orders require a non-refundable 50% deposit. We will not treat your order as accepted until the deposit has been received. The deposit can be transferred to a different date with 14 days notice.

If full payment of an order is not received 7 days before the collection date it is assumed that the order is cancelled. This would result in a loss of your deposit.

Standard collection times are between 9am and 3pm from Bake & Brew at Gloucester Quays

Evening collection can be arranged from my home address in Abbeymead upon special request. These slots are limited and you will be given a 15 minute slot to collect your cake. If you are over 30 minutes late for evening collection then your item must be collected the next day from Bake & Brew at Gloucester Quays or a late fee of £10 per hour applying to any part of an hour will need to be paid to collect that evening.
